Buffet or Seated Dinner Sampler

For seated dinner service a preorder for each person would be required.

Two choices from these main dishes

   Chicken Balsamic – sautéed breast with crumbled gorgonzola, balsamic reduction

   Pan seared BeefTenderloin – artichoke hearts, roasted garlic & fresh rosemary with a balsamic reduction

   Haddock Provencal – tomato, yellow squash & roasted garlic in a white wine buerre blanc

   Seafood lasagna

   Four Cheese Lasagna

   Lamb Moussaka

   Haddock stuffed with crab, with lemon & caper buerre blanc

   Lobster in phyllo pastry with shitake mushrooms and green onion



One choice of soup or appetizer

   Butternut, apple & sage

   Curried zucchini bisque

   Tuscan vegetable

   Haddock chowder

   Gazpacho (seasonal)

   Crabcake on wilted escarole with lemon & red onion buerre blanc

   Lobster & artichoke bruchetta

   Lobster in phyllo with shitake maushrooms & green onion (appetizer portion)



Salad

   Maryellenz salad – leaf lettuce and veggies with herb vinaigrette

   Greek salad – leaf lettuce, chick peas, oil cured black olives, red onion, feta cheese, with herb vinaigrette

   Classic wedge of iceberg with Maytag blue cheese dressing, cucumber & tomato
